I think it's important to sleep well because my brain rests and disconnects from everything I put in during the day. We teenagers should sleep 8 to 9 hours on the recommendation of doctors and pediatricians. Also, not sleeping enough can cause tiredness, difficulty concentrating on something, etc. It is also highly recommended to stop using mobile phones, tablets, computer games, televisions 20 minutes before going to sleep.
